Ealakka Retreat consists with 25 premium cottages starting from 3 Million with a special re-booking offer.
Ealakka Retreat Cottages provides an assured monthly income ranging between 2.5 lacs to 3 lacs per annum*** and ownership for a lifetime. And whats more the cottage will be maintained at zero cost to owner.
*** Providence to bookings and completion of resort within 3 years.
***The rent will be shared at 50-50% between The Owner and The Ealakka Retreat Eco friendly resort being share in maintenance.
The investment also gives providence to the owner to spend one week with prior booking every year at the project with minimal maintenance charge for that particular week.
Customer will have a MOU with Ealakka Retreat to combine the cottages to be rented out as part of The Ealakka Retreat Eco friendly resort.
Ealakka Retreat will maintain the cottages as part of the facilities and share a return of investment based on the occupancy of the cottages.
